How much does XI cost?
Published US phone plans on the pricing page are Starter at $17/user/30 days, Business at $20/user/30 days, and Business Plus at $23/user/30 days. Scale is custom. All plan cards are billed per user for 30 days.
Can I keep my existing business phone number?
Yes. XI supports number porting so you can move a local or toll-free number you already have. Call forwarding can keep the line reachable while the port completes. Start from the porting page or talk to sales.
What is included in an XI phone plan?
Starter includes a ready-to-use calling system, one phone number (DID), unlimited calls in the US and Canada, and mobile plus desktop apps. Business adds call recordings, voicemail transcripts, voicemail, a personalized greeting, and 24/7 support. Virtual receptionist, shared numbers, and API access are listed on Scale.
Does XI include business SMS?
Yes. XI supports two-way SMS and MMS on the business number. US A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration is required for application-to-person texting. Inbound SMS is available as a $5/30 days add-on on the pricing page.
Does XI have a virtual receptionist?
Yes. XI includes a virtual receptionist that greets callers and routes them by menu, team, or schedule. On the published plan cards it is included on Scale and listed as not included on Starter, Business, and Business Plus. Talk to sales if you need it on another plan.
What apps does XI run on?
XI is available on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and the web. The same business number works across those apps.
Can XI replace a traditional multiline phone system?
Yes. XI is a cloud phone system. You get hold, transfer, shared lines, and ring groups without on-site PBX hardware.
